Shopping at Hey Honey

How can I order at Hey Honey?

Please pick your desired items in your size and add them to your “Shopping bag”. When you have made your choice click on your “Shopping bag”, check your items one more time and proceed to “checkout”. After entering your billing and shipping address you can select the payment method of your choice and place your order.

How can I cancel an order?

For canceling your order please write us an email to happycustomers@hey-honey.de. If your order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to interfere anymore. In this case please return your order as soon as delivered.

Which size shall I choose?

You can find information regarding the size & fit of your desired style in the respective article description.

How can I make sure, that I placed my order correctly?

If you would like to check all your order details, you can review the order confirmation that we sent you via email right after your order placement.

How do I take care of my Hey Honey products?

We work hard to make the best quality available for you and our assortment, but keeping proper care of your clothes will help to make them last even longer.
Don’t hesitate to wash your Hey Honey leggings, bra’s, tops or sweatwear in the washing machine, ideally with 30° celsius. Please make sure to not use fabric softener or bleach as these liquids can damage the products or make the color fade away (plus, it’s environmentally unfriendly).
In regard to drying, do not tumble dry your Hey Honey clothes. Hanging them up to let them dry naturally is not only more sustainable, but also better for the fabric. As some of our products are made from a quick-dry material, you will be surprised how fast you’ll be ready to wear your clothes just after washing again.

Dispatch & Delivery

Where does Hey Honey deliver to?

We are shipping our yoga wear worldwide. Please notice that orders from non EU countries may cause additional delivery costs, taxes and charges.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After the order was placed the DHL shipping within Germany will take about 3-5 working days. The dispatch within the European Union takes approximately 7-10 days.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping within Germany is 3,90€. International shipping is 8,20€. Please note that shipping to non EU countries can cause additional charges, costs or taxes.

Where is my order?

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email along with a tracking code which can be used for monitoring the delivery process of your parcel.

Why was there no invoice in my parcel?

We send you the invoice directly to your email address. Please also check your spam folder. If you haven’t received an invoice please contact our customer support at happycustomers@hey-honey.de.

Which parcel delivery service is used at Hey Honey?

We are shipping nationally and internationally with DHL.

Is express delivery possible?

We are afraid we don’t offer express delivery. But we are trying our best to delivery as fast as possible which will usually take 3-5 working days.

Returns

What is the exchange and return policy?

You can return your original and unworn items within 14 days. We only accept items where original tag hangtag is still attached. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return unless a prepaid return shipping label came with your shipment. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order on our website.

How do I return my order?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days of shipment for a full refund. Please note that all articles must be in the original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns (unless it is a manufacturing defect).

Please include your Hey Honey returns note in your return package. For returns from Germany please attache provided return label on the package. Please drop off your labelled package at the post office (Deutsche Post). For all other countries, please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Once we have received your package, please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.

What can I do when I received a defective product?

If any items exhibit a defect please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service at happycustomer@hey.honey.de for help.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

When we have received the items in their original condition, we immediately start processing the refund. It may take 4-6 business days until the amount is refunded to your account.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?

We offer all the current ways of payment such as credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal etc. All the payment methods will be automatically indicated in the order process.

Can I pay by installments?

We are afraid we do not offer that option right now.

Coupons & Gift Cards

Does Hey Honey offer gift cards?

Yes we do. Just send us an email to happycustomers@hey-honey.de and write us which amount of money you would like the coupon to carry and your desired personalised coupon code (for example “BibiLovesTina”). Please transfer the desired coupon amount (via Paypal at contact@hey-honey.de or bank transfer). We will send you an email in which we confirm the receipt of the money and enclose your gift card.

How can I use the coupon code?

When you visit the shopping cart you can type in your coupon code (top right) and click on “apply”. The amount of money from your gift card will automatically set off against the product value in your shopping cart.
